We are a governmental subdivision of the State of Colorado that delivers specific services to citizens within its boundaries under the guidance of our own Board of Directors. 

Our District is governed by a board of elected officials from the residences within our district boundaries.

Those 5 Board Members are elected in staggered four year terms, so that either two or three members of the Board come up for election every two years in May of odd-numbered years.

Board Members are compensated $75 for each board meeting they attend.
